The UCR Group LLC is a premier private development and management firm with vast experience in the residential housing and multi-family sectors of the real estate industry.  The company, along with the subsidiary JDB Properties, has successfully developed multi-family properties in the Inland Empire for the past decade and the greater Los Angeles area for over fifty (50) years.  Today we own and manage an impressive portfolio of apartment rental properties in the Southern California cities of Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Culver City, Hollywood, Redlands, Loma Linda, Cathedral City and Palm Desert.

We are vertically integrated in order to maintain cost effectiveness and control.  Our operating subsidiaries are First RC Corp., a commercial general contracting firm specializing in residential multi-family developments, and Circa Management, Inc., a property management company concentrating on apartment rental properties.
